فلاتر پوسته های استوانه ای هدفمند تحت فشار در جریان مافوق صوت بر پایه تئوری فلوگه
در این مقاله پدیدهی فلاتر یک پوستهی استوانهای هدفمند (FGM) با تکیه گاههای ساده تحت بار آیرودینامیکی و حرارتی همراه با اعمال فشار داخلی به پوسته، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. کسر حجمی مواد تشکیل دهندهی پوسته از یک قانون توانی ساده در راستای ضخامت تبعیت میکند. بار آیرودینامیک در تحلیل بکار رفته توسط تئوری مرتبه اول پتانسیل (پیستون) به صورت خطی و با در نظر گرفتن ترم تصحیح، مشخص شده است. روابط کرنش- جابجایی و معادلات حرکت بر اساس تئوری پوستهی فلوگه تعیین شده و تنشهای اولیهی ملحوظ در معادلات حرکت با حل معادلات تعادل بدست آمدهاند. با بکارگیری روش گلرکین، معادلات حاکم بر پوسته حل شدهاند. همچنین اثر توزیع کسر حجمی، تغییرات دما و فشار بر مرز فلاتر و پاسخ زمانی سیستم مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.

تحلیل اجزای محدود و تجربی فرایند شکل دهی نموی، بررسی شکل و توزیع ضخامت ورق
شکلدهی نموی یکی از فرآیندهای نوین شکلدهی میباشد. در سالهای اخیر به منظور دستیابی به کنترل و انعطافپذیری فرایندهای شکلدهی، این فرایند به طور ویژهای مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق تحلیل اجزای محدود فرایند با هدف ایجاد قطعه به صورت مخروط ناقص با بکارگیری صفحات نگهدارنده فوقانی و زیرین صورت گرفت. در تحلیل از کد Vdisp جهت تعریف مسیر پیچیده ابزار استفاده شد. انجام آزمایش تجربی مطابق با تحلیل صورت گرفته و بررسی شکل نهایی و توزیع ضخامت در طول ورق نشان داد، کد فوق با دقت خوبی مسیر ابزار را مدل کرده و انطباق خوبی بین نتایج در حالت تجربی و اجزای محدود وجود دارد.

تحلیل تنش پادصفحه ای صفحات دایروی ساخته شده از ماده ایزوتروپیک تقاطعی تضعیف شده توسط چندین ترک
تحلیل تنش پادصفحه ای یک صفحه دایروی با ماده ایزوتروپیک تقاطعی تضعیف شده توسط چندین عیب در این مقاله مورد بررسی قرار میگیرد. در ابتدا حل نابجایی در صفحه دایروی با استفاده از تبدیل فوریه سینوسی محدود بدست میآید. سپس با استفاده از حل نابجایی بدست آمده، معادلات انتگرالی برای صفحه دایروی حاوی تعداد دلخواه ترک حاصل می گردد. حل عددی این معادلات انتگرالی که دارای تکینگی از نوع کوشی می باشند، منجر به محاسبه دانسیته نابجایی روی سطح ترک می گردد. با استفاده از دانسیته نابجایی محاسبه شده، ضرایب شدت تنش نوک ترکها برای چندین مثال مورد بررسی، بدست میآیند.

مقایسه سطح شکست نمونه های آزمون ضربه سقوطی و ضربه شارپی در فولاد ترمومکانیکال
وجود هر نوع ترک در لولههای پرفشار انتقال گاز بالقوه خطرناک بوده و میتواند باعث انفجار گردد. بنابراین ایمنی سازه و مقاومت آن در مقابل رشد ترک نرم، اهمیت ویژهای در طراحی خطوط لوله دارد. در تحقیق حاضر به منظور ارزیابی رفتار دینامیکی فولاد API X70، آزمونهای ضربه شارپی و ضربه سقوطی در دمای صفر درجه سانتیگراد روی نمونههای استاندارد انجام شد. نتایج حاصله نشان داد که درصد شکست نرم (برشی)، بعنوان مهمترین شاخصه مقاومت فولاد تحت بارگذاری دینامیکی، در ضربه سقوطی حدود 95% است. نمونه آزمون شارپی با جذب انرژی 256 ژول، دارای 100% سطح شکست نرم بود. شکست نگاری نمونهها نشان داد که شکست، از نوع دیمپلی و در اثر پیوند حفرههای ریز در ماتریس ماده بوده است.

شبیه سازی رفتارهای حافظه داری و فراکشسانی با مدلهای میکرومکانیکی مختلف، در بارگذاری های ساده و سیکلی مکانیکی و حرارتی
در مقاله کنونی، دقت مدلهای میکرومکانیکی مختلف برای شبیه سازی رفتارهای فراکشسانی (سوپرالاستیک) و حافظهداری یک بعدی بررسی گردیده است. در این زمینه، مدل برینسون بر پایه تغییرات کسر حجمی مارتنزیت وابسته به مسیر بارگذاری، گسترش یافته است. مسیرهای بارگذاری پیچیده متعددی شامل تغییرات تکی، ترکیبی و سیکلی دما و تنش در نظر گرفته شدهاند. ویژگیهای مکانیکی مواد در بارگذاریهای کششی و فشاری، در حالت کلی متفاوت پنداشته شدهاند. نتایج پیشبینی مدول الاستیسته آلیاژ حافظهدار، توسط مدلهای میکرومکانیکی: رویس، وویت و موری تاناکا (با ضرایب شکل کروی و بیضوی) ارزیابی شدهاند. همچنین، صحت کد نوشته شده، با نتایج آزمونهای تجربی مراجع دیگر، تایید شده است. نتایج آشکار میسازند که تفاوتهای نتایج چهار مدل میکرومکانیکی، در بارگذاری سیکلی قابل توجه میباشند.
