رفتار لوله های کامپوزیتی الیاف شیشه تحت بار ضربه افتان در شرایط دمایی مختلف: بررسی آزمایشگاهی

چکیده

در این مقاله به بررسی رفتار لوله های کامپوزیتی ساخته شده از الیاف شیشه در برابر بارهای ضربه ناشی از سقوط وزنه در محدوده دمایی 15- تا 100 درجه سانتی گراد پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور لوله های کامپوزیتی با سه نوع رزین اپوکسی، ونیل استر و پلی استر ساخته و در سطوح انرژی ضربه و شرایط دمایی مختلف مورد آزمایش قرار گرفته است. بیشینه نیروی برخورد، زمان برخورد و مقدار انرژی جذب شده لوله برای حالات مختلف طراحی آزمایش با یکدیگر مقایسه شده است. نتایج بیانگر عملکرد بهتر لوله با رزین اپوکسی در جذب انرژی ضربه نسبت به دو نوع دیگر است. همچنین با افزایش دمای محیط، ظرفیت حمل بار لوله کاهش، زمان برخورد ضربه زننده و میزان جذب انرژی ضربه افزایش پیدا می کند.
