شبیه سازی فرآیند فشردن دیسک با یک مدل جدید صلب پلاستیک بدون المان

چکیده

در این مقاله بر اساس قانون جریان برای مواد کم تراکم پذیر که رفتارشان به صورت صلب پلاستیک فرض می­شود، فرآیند فشردن دیسک به صورت تقارن محوری شبیه سازی می­گردد. برای شبیه سازی از روش بدون المان RKPM استفاده می­شود. برای شبیه سازی، میدان سرعت تقریبی در فرم ضعیف معادله تعادل مورد استفاده قرار می­گیرد. برای تعریف میدان سرعت تقریبی از توابع شکل بدون المان  RKPMاستفاده شده است. در این شبیه سازی از توابع شکل بدون المان مادی برای تقریب زدن استفاده شده است. این امر سبب می­شود که گره های حوزه اثر نقاط در حین تغییر شکل ثابت بمانند. برای اعمال شرایط مرزی اساسی از روش تبدیل استفاده شده است. نتیجه­های به دست آمده از شبیه­سازی  با روش اجزاء محدود و نتیجه­ های تجربی مقایسه گردیده و مطابقت خوبی بین آن­ها مشاهده گردیده است.
