بررسی عددی مبدل حرارتی دو لوله ای با نانو سیال داخل لوله شیاردار مارپیچی در حضور میدان مغناطیسی

چکیده

در پژوهش پیش رو نوع خاصی از مبدل های حرارتی دو لوله ای هم مرکز مورد تحلیل واقع شده که لوله  داخلی مبدل بصورت شیاردار در نظر گرفته شده است. از جریان آشفته نانو سیال آب-اکسید آلومینیوم در هر دو سمت مبدل استفاده شده و میدان مغناطیسی با شدت ثابت برای تقویت اثر استفاده از نانوسیال به کار رفته است. اثر استفاده از این سیستم و نیز به کارگیری نانو سیال و میدان مغناطیسی بر‌روی ضریب انتقال حرارت کل و نیز افت فشار کل مبدل بررسی شده است. نتایج مطالعات در این زمینه نشان می دهد که استفاده از نانو سیال باعث افزایش انتقال حرارت رخ داده در مبدل و نیز افت فشار کل میگردد. در حالی که مناسب ترین مقدار درصد حجمی نانو سیال برای بهترین نسبت انتقال حرارت به افت فشار نیز 15 درصد گزارش شده است. نتایج عددی این مقاله نیز نشان داده است که بهترین شرایط بهینه از لحاظ افزایش انتقال حرارت و افت فشار (با توجه به معیار ارزیابی عملکرد PEC) در ۱۵٪ حجمی نانوسیال می باشد. اعمال میدان مغناطیسی بر جریان نانو سیال در مبدل نیز به افزایش انتقال حرارت در مبدل کمک می کند در حالی که افت فشار کل را نیز افزایش می دهد. میزان سرعت جریان در ضریب انتقال حرارت جابجایی مبدل حرارتی و نیز میزان افت فشار کل در آن تأثیر مشهودی دارد. شبیه سازی مبدل حرارتی در مقادیر مختلف عدد رینولدز جریان آشفته نشان می دهد که افزایش عدد رینولدز تأثیر مستقیم بر روی انتقال حرارت جابجایی و افت فشار کل دارد. نتایج نشان می دهد که در شدت میدان مغناطیسی با عدد هارتمن40 بهترین نسبت انتقال حرارت به افت فشار مبدل رخ می دهد. بهترین عدد PEC در عدد هارتمن 40 و به مقدار 05/1 می ‌باشد. در حالیکه با افزایش بیشتر عدد هارتمن به 60 و 80 مقدار عدد PEC افت پیدا می کند و در عدد هارتمن 80 به 99/0 کاهش یابد که عملاً استفاده از نانوسیال در حضور میدان مغناطیسی را بی تأثیر می کند. میزان سرعت جریان در ضریب انتقال حرارت جابجایی مبدل حرارتی و نیز میزان افت فشار کل در آن تأثیر مشهودی دارد. مقدار عدد PEC در افزایش عدد رینولدز از 6000 به 10000، از 01/1 به 09/1 افزایش می یابد. با این حال به نظر می رسد با افزایش نسبتًا کم عدد PEC و زیاد شدن هزینه ها در افزایش عدد رینولدز استفاده از مقادیر کمتر عدد رینولدز انتخاب بهینه تری باشد.
