بررسی عددی تأثیر استفاده از ماده تغییر فاز دهنده بر خنک ‌کاری باتری لیتیوم-یونی خودروهای برقی

چکیده
در مطالعه حاضر عملکرد روش های مختلف خنک ‌کاری شامل خنک‌ کاری جابجایی آزاد هوا، جابجایی اجباری هوا در حضور چاه حرارتی، جابجایی اجباری هوا به همراه ماده تغییر فاز دهنده پارافین، جابجایی اجباری هوا به همراه پارافین و فوم فلزی و جابجایی اجباری هوا به همراه پارافین، فوم فلزی و پره بر خنک سازی باتری لیتیوم-یون خودروهای برقی با استفاده از شبیه ‌سازی عددی بررسی شده است. نتایج نشان داد در زمانی که دمای باتری در وضعیت خنک ‌کاری با پارافین خالص از دمای مجاز 55 درجه سلسیوس عبور می ‌کند، برای پارافین با فوم فلزی و پارافین با فوم فلزی و پره، بیشینه دما به ترتیب برابر 3/39 و 1/36 درجه سلسیوس است. بنابراین فوم فلزی و فوم فلزی پره‌ دار در مدت زمان مشابه به ترتیب دما را 29% و 34% نسبت به پارافین خالص کاهش می‌ دهند و حتی پس از طی 21 چرخه کامل با تغییر نرخ حرارت تولیدی نیز دمای بیشینه از دمای مجاز بیشتر نمی ‌شود. در دمای نسبتاً بالا نیز استفاده از مواد تفییر فاز دهنده به همراه تقویت کننده‌ های رسانندگی باعث می‌ شود تا سیستم خنک کاری هیبریدی نسبت به سیستم خنک ‌کاری جابجایی اجباری-چاه حرارتی کارآمدتر باشد؛ به گونه ‌ای که گستره زمانی مجاز بیشتر از 11 برابر افزایش می‌ یابد.
