طراحی و شبیه سازی ارتز قوزک بیمار محور با عملگر فنر پیچشی

چکیده

افتادگی مچ پا یکی از اختلالات عصبی-عضلانی می‌باشد که از ضعف یا فلج بودن عضلات پری‌تیبیال نشأت می‌گیرد. دو عارضه اصلی افتادگی مچ پا، برخورد ضربه-ای کف پا بعد از فاز برخورد اولیه و کشیده شدن انگشتان پا بر زمین در طی فاز گام‌برداری می‌باشد. در این مقاله با طراحی ارتز مناسب، نیاز بیماران مختلف دارای ضعف عضله‌ی پری‌تیبیال در دو فاز گام‌ برداری و فاز پاسخ بارگزاری پاسخ داده شده است. مقدار گشتاور موردنیاز در هر گام زمانی برای تقلید سفتی مفصل قوزک سالم، به صورت بهینه شده محاسبه می‌شود.
